Delivery/Return/Refund policy



We charge a flat rate of AU$8 on all orders. For order more than AU$300, it will be free shipping.


We send all items by Australia Post. Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing. We have different storage located in 3 states, we need time to get your order ready to send if you have order contains items from all different storage locations. And also we need time to contact you if some of the items are out of stock in your order.

Important: Your order will be sent once your payment has been cleared. It may takes up to 3-5 business days depending on your bank.


Please make sure the address that you provided to us is correct and deliverable. Any returned parcel that caused by wrong address provided will costs $20 for both return and re-send postage on you [This is charged by Australia Post]


Return & Exchange

Most of Korean products don’t have a fully sealed package. We do not offer any exchange or refund once it has been sold for hygiene reason
s as there is no way to check whether items have been opened or not. Please understand that we need to guarantee all of our customers receive brand new products.


Unless the following circumstances,

1.      We have sent the wrong item to you, something that not you ordered.

2.      The products are factory faulty


You need to contact our customer service over email info@hanfancosmetics.com.au Providing us your order number and pictures of the products are faulty. Once we have confirmed and we will issue you a return label, then you can drop the return parcel in the post office near you without paying any postage. This has to be done within 2-3 days once you have received your parcel.

Please note that we only accept qualifying returns [in the case we send wrong item from what you ordered], the products has to be remained original condition.  Refunds are issued once the returned products are cleared on our inspection.

*As we are not the products manufacturer, we do not guarantee for 100% no allergy. Due to different skin types, and most of customers don’t know what ingredients they are allergic to, so it is almost impossible for us to guarantee you will not have allergy.


Korean products are normally made with natural ingredients and very gentle. Sometimes allergy is caused by the weather, food and a combination of products that you used. So we are not responsible for any allergies you think are caused by any of our products. Please stop using it if any symptoms happened.




Cancellation and Refund policy



1)      An item is eligible for cancellation if:

-You have requested within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status, (if your order is under “Queued for Shipment” status, please contact our customer service centre) or

-the order is delayed for more than 10 business days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or

-the ordered item is out of stock.

2) We accept return(s) if:

-you receive a product different from your order; or

-you receive a defective product.


Then the refund

**Return Instructions

(1) Post a return request on our Return forum within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item name, the order number, and the reason for the return.

(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.

(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.

Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.

*Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unopened.

*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.

* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. We will issue you parcel label by Email as mentioned above.


3) We do not accept return(s) if:

-you are returning the items just because you changed your mind
-the products are damaged due to your mishandling
-your return request is not approved by our staff

The following items are not considered defective:

* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels, or sealed package.
* Items package with creases that may have been made while shipping
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

4) If there is a missing item from your order:

*Contact our customer service centre by email or by online inquiry within 1 day of delivery.

*Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise. 

Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.


If the refund has been approved by us, we will either refund you as store credit or to your nominated bank account / PayPal account if you have made payment via PayPal.


It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule or the bank processing schedule.
